1.Training courses for provincial charitable organizations were held in Chengdu, and the Foundation conducted exchanges and sharing as a representative
On April 6, a training course on charitable organizations in Sichuan province sponsored by the Department of Civil Affairs was held in Jinniu Hotel, Chengdu. Yixi Dawa, secretary of the Party Group and director of the Department of Civil Affairs, attended the meeting and made a speech. As a representative of charitable organizations, the Foundation exchanged and shared the experience of the Foundation's standardized management from the aspects of insisting on deepening the guidance of party building, efficient and standardized professional management, project compliance, and management system construction.
2.The seventh (expanded) session of the third Board of Governors of the Foundation was successfully held
On April 2, the seventh (expanded) meeting of the third Board of Directors of the Foundation was held in Chengdu. The directors and supervisors of the Foundation attended the meeting, some consultants of the Foundation and the project evaluation team of the School of Post-Disaster Reconstruction Management of Sichuan University were invited to attend the meeting, and the main colleagues of the administrative management team of the Foundation attended the meeting, which was chaired by Chairman CAI Lingyun. Participants listened to the introduction of the Foundation's 2022 party building work, reviewed the Foundation's work report, financial report and Henan disaster relief and disaster prevention work report, reviewed the Foundation's major issues, and passed the meeting resolution.
3.The 31st phase of distribution of rural children's cleaning kits was carried out smoothly
In order to enable students to develop good health habits and enhance students' health awareness, on April 27, the Foundation, together with Meituan Public Welfare, Liangshan State Committee of the Communist Youth League, Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China's Yuexi County Committee, and Yuexi County Committee of the Communist Youth League, distributed 1043 cleaning kits to students of the Central Primary School in Matuo Town of Yuexi County to better cultivate children's personal hygiene habits.

1.Building A Dream, Helping Students One-on-One
In mid-April, the project team and local volunteers paid a return visit to some of the assisted students in Luzhou. The volunteers visited the field and learned about the students' study and family situation. The students and their families were very happy to receive the funds and expressed their gratitude to the caring people. The assisted students said they must repay their love with good academic performance.
2.Financial Aid Program for Students in Distress
The project team and local volunteers visited some lonely children in Pingdingshan City on weekends to understand the practical difficulties and needs of the family, and the volunteer also helped the child to study. In the later stage, the project team will provide continuous assistance according to the actual needs of the family.
3.College Dreams of Students in Difficulty
In April, the project team checked and re-allocated the financial aid of the students, and confirmed that this batch of financial aid has been fully received. The volunteers visited Lanlan, who was happy after receiving the financial aid, and learned the financial aid really reduced the burden and also reduced her psychological pressure. She allocated the grant reasonably, partly for living expenses and partly for school supplies, and became more focused on her studies. On April 23, a group of volunteers visited the Second Primary School in Zhuyuan Town, Guangyuan City. The volunteers and the school teachers exchanged information about the use of safe drinking water equipment, the school teacher told us that the donation of drinking water equipment has greatly improved the drinking water situation of the school students. The teacher was very grateful for the help of caring people. They will be faithful to their posts to do a good job in teaching and educating.
2.Cleaning Kits for Dream Building Children
On April 23, the volunteers paid a return visit to the Chunfu Primary School in Jingyan County, Leshan City, and inspected the students' dormitories and living areas, and communicated with the teachers and students about the use of cleaning kits. The teacher told us that the cleaning kit has greatly improved the hygiene level of the school students, and the cleaning and hygiene course has been popularized in every class of the school according to the requirements of the project, and the school teacher will supervise the use of the children in the later stage.
3.Young girls’Health Class In April, the lecturers of the project team went to Jingfu Primary School in Santai County, Mianyang, to conduct a course to 262 girls in Grade 5 and 6. After the class, the students felt benefited, saying that the knowledge involved in the class is exactly what they need , and it is of great help to them both physically and mentally.
Revitalization through Local Industries ●Poverty Alleviation and development through Planting In early April, the spring was glorious and apple blossomed. On the farm, bees were busy gathering honey from the flowers, in contrast with the pink and white flowers. In late April, the apple trees began to bear fruit. Spring is a busy season. Farmers are busy fertilizing, weeding, and pest management during the month to make their trees grow better and produce better quality apples.

Tech Bags for Mountain Kids In April, volunteers paid a return visit to Guangyuan Longyuan Yucai School. The volunteers visited the school's science experiment classroom , and communicated with the teachers and students about the technology packages. The teacher told us that each child in the school now has a science bag, and the daily teaching has arranged a science lesson for each class every week to stimulate children's scientific thinking.
2.Hongyi Youth Class of Life Education
The project team organized volunteers to visit the families of some rural students in Zhongjiang County. The project team explained and emphasized the information to be collected, such as the composition of family members, who is the main caregiver, the learning and growth environment, and the character of the assisted students.
3.Starry Sky- Book Ocean Science Innovation Program The project team arranged children's science fiction writers, famous teachers and psychology professors to give lessons in Naxi District schools (Naxi Middle School, Dongsheng School and Zitonglu Primary School) in Luzhou.It can cultivate students' literacy, improve their ability of innovation, reading, writing and popular science, enhance students' mental health awareness, and promote students' all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, the United States and labor. Next, the project team will promote the work according to the execution plan in an orderly manner.
4.Equip the Village Primary School with Smart Classroom The project team went to Dafang County, Guizhou, and conducted offline training for local teachers to help them learn the use and management of smart classrooms. After the training, the project team came to the school for the construction of the smart classroom, and the teachers successfully gave a demonstration lesson in the smart classroom.

1.Youth and Adolescence Healthy Growth Caring Centers In April, daily activities were held at various school centres and community centres, with a total of more than 570 participants. Zhongba Community Center invites young volunteers from Bazhou District of Bazhong City to carry out reading activities for children who come to the center. Through the form of volunteers and children reading together, children learn to read,and are encouraged to read with their families after they go home.
2.Sports Wings of Mountain Children On April 27, the project team visited Yuexi County Qinglong Primary School. The school was organizing students to carry out the spring sports meeting, and the teacher told us that the school is a boarding rural school, where most children are fond of sports. The school currently lacks sports equipment, hoping to get help in this respect. Next, the project team will sort out the relevant information collected by the school.
3.Eggs Boosting Growth
In April, the children of Qingkou Township Central School, Miao Village Kindergarten, Longqiang Hope Primary School and Tianwei Primary School in Leibo County, Liangshan Prefecture, will eat nutritious eggs every day during school. Kindergarten teachers make children's favorite egg fried rice. Children eat eggs for rich protein.
4.Colorful holidays for Left-behind Children The project team released the recruitment information of the 2023 rural summer camp for college students, and organized the information meeting training. Up to now, the project has cooperated with Southwest University for Nationalities, Chengdu Jincheng University, Chengdu University of Information Technology and other universities to carry out offline lectures, benefiting more than 200 people.
Scientific Disaster Reduction and Prevention ●Disaster Prevention in Daily Life
On April 22, the project team conducted a first-aid training course. The lecturer of the project team simulated the cardiac resuscitation demonstration of a patient on the spot, pressed the patient's heart with both hands, and then gave artificial respiration. He explained the patient's condition judgment, timely calling for help, seeking help, opening the airway, chest compression, removing foreign bodies in the mouth, artificial respiration, observing the patient's reaction and other processes one by one. At the same time, the lecturer of the project team let the students carry out practical exercises, so that the students better grasp the knowledge and skills of first aid.

In early April, the project team and local volunteers visited some needy elderly people in Xuyong Town, Luzhou, and sent rice, oil and other daily necessities to the elderly. Through door-to-door visits and chats with the elderly, the volunteers learned about the physical conditions and living conditions of the elderly. The old people were very happy and thanked the caring people for their support.
2.Helping Sanitation Workers One-on-One
In mid-April, the project team and local volunteers visited some assisted sanitation workers in Hanyuan County, Ya 'an City, and learned about the work and living conditions of sanitation workers on the spot. The sanitation workers who received the funds were very happy. They bought part of the necessities of life and medicine with the fund, and said that they would work hard and return the love and care of the caring people. 3.Caring for the Elderly Left behind in Rural Areas On April 2, a group of volunteers visited Grandpa Liu in Zhuanlong Town. In the process of chatting with the old man, they learned that Grandpa Liu currently lives alone, and he suffers from leg disease and high blood pressure. The volunteers learned that Grandpa Liu ate up antihypertensive drugs for several days. They immediately went to the town to buy the drugs , and told him the dosage of medication and take good care of himself.
4.Caring Action for Disabled People
The project team and local volunteers visited some disabled elderly people in Pingdingshan City. Some people with disabilities live with their families, while others live alone or with relatives. The volunteers knew about their physical conditions and practical difficulties in life, and the project team will provide assistance according to actual needs in the later stage.
In April, the Foundation and its partners actively carried out various activities, conducting 17 visits and investigations and 6 public welfare activities online and offline , visiting vulnerable social groups such as the disabled, the elderly in need, students in need and left-behind children, collecting the needs of the project service group, and constantly improved public welfare projects.
